Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onions, tomatoes, salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and allspice.

4.Spread the sesame paste (Tahinah) and thickened pomegranate juice (if available) onto the prepared dough.
5.Spoon the lamb mixture onto the dough and spread evenly.
6.Sprinkle fried pine nuts on the top of the lamb mixture.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
