Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine
2 cups long grain white rice
3 1/2 cups hot water
4 bouillon cubes ( beef or chicken )
1 cup slivered almonds
5 green onions , chopped
5 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
3.Add rice and stir until rice is coated with margarine.
4.Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and pour over the rice.
5.Stir well and transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
6.Cover and bake for 55 minutes.
7.Fluff rice with a fork and stir in almonds, green onions, and soy sauce.
