7 flour tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, mash the pinto beans with 1/2 cup of salsa, minced garlic, and cilantro.
3.In another bowl, toss the black beans and chopped tomatoes.
4.In a 9-inch pie pan, layer 1 tortilla, spread 1/2 cup pinto bean mixture over the tortilla, sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese, and add another tortilla on top. Repeat with remaining tortillas, pinto bean mixture, cheddar cheese, until the ingredients are used up.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
6.Serve with remaining salsa, sour cream, and garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
