Ingredients

1/2 kg gram flour
10 g ajwain
10 g ginger-garlic paste
10 g salt
10 g red chili powder
1 liter ghee , to fry
200 ml water

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix gram flour, ajwain, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and red chili powder.
2.Gradually add water to form a dough.
3.Transfer the dough to a Sev press with a fine sieve plate.
4.Heat ghee in a deep frying pan.
5.Press the dough through the sieve plate into ghee and fry until golden brown.
6.Remove the Sev from ghee and drain on paper towels.
