Ingredients

1/3 cup carrot
1/3 cup apple , peeled
1/3 cup onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg yolk ( can substitute 1 Tbsp mayo )
2 tablespoons ground toasted sesame ( surigoma , could prob sub tahini )
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

4.Transfer the dressing to a container with a tight fitting lid, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5.Shake well before serving over your favorite salad.
