2 large eggs
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup peanut oil , plus additional for deep frying
1 cup water
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
