Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
2.In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, brown sugar and honey until fully combined
3.Add the rolled oats, oat bran, and sunflower seeds. Stir together
4.Add the mixed dried fruit and chopped dried apricots, mixing until combined
5.Add the toasted sesame seeds and mix one last time
6.Pour the mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish that’s been lined with parchment paper
7.Press the mixture firmly into the dish until it is even
8.Bake the bars for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
9.Remove from the oven and let cool completely for 15 minutes before slicing into 16 equal bars
