3 cups bread flour

2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

1.Add bread flour, dry milk powder, toasted sesame seeds, baking soda, sugar, salt and yeast to the bread machine pan.
2.Add water to the pan and select the dough setting.
3.After the dough has been kneaded by the bread machine for 7-8 minutes, open the lid and check for consistency.
4.If the dough is too dry or too sticky, adjust the consistency with a couple teaspoons of water or flour as necessary.
5.When the dough has finished, remove it from the pan and place it onto a lightly floured surface.
6.Punch down the dough and shape it into a rectangle approx. 8x6 inches.
7.Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the long edge, and pinch the seam to seal.
8.Place the dough seam-side down into a greased 9x5 inch bread pan.
9.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
10.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
11.Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
