Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seed
1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch gai lan , trimmed and halved
1 bunch choy sum , trimmed and halved
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon shredded ginger
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons Chinese wine or 3 tablespoons sherry wine
Sesame-crusted salmon is a tasty and healthy seafood dish that is easy to prepare at home. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a small bowl, mix together the sesame seeds and black sesame seeds.
3.Brush the top of each salmon fillet with oil, then press the sesame seed mixture onto the top of each fillet.
4.Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
5.While the salmon is baking, blanch the gai lan and choy sum in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
6.Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the shredded ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
7.Add the oyster sauce, low sodium soy sauce, sugar, and Chinese wine or sherry wine to the wok or frying pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
8.Add the blanched vegetables to the wok or frying pan and toss to coat in the sauce. Serve the vegetables alongside the sesame-crusted salmon fillets.
