Ingredients

6 stale bread rolls ( or 250g dry bread cubes )
250 ml warm milk
2 eggs ( whole )
60 g butter ( melted )
1 small onion ( chopped )
salt
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 dash nutmeg

Instructions

4.Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and mix until well combined.

7.Tie the ends of the towel with kitchen twine to hold the shape.
8.Put the wrapped dumpling into the baking dish and bake for 50 minutes.
9.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
10.Unwrap the dumpling and slice it into rounds to serve.
