1 small onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic clove , divided
1 teaspoon salt , divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper , divided
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2.Cook ground chuck in the skillet until browned and crumbled.
3.Drain off excess fat and transfer the meat to a crock pot.
4.Add garlic, pasta sauce, onion, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to the crock pot and stir to combine.
5.Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
6.Season sauce with remaining salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
