Seitan Makhani is a vegan alternative to the popular Indian dish, Butter Chicken. Seitan, a meat substitute made from wheat gluten, is used in place of chicken to give this dish a similar texture and flavor. The sauce is made using a blend of Indian spices, tomato puree, and soy milk, which is then thickened using a cornstarch slurry. This dish is perfect for those who are looking for a dairy-free and meat-free alternative to a classic Indian dish.
