2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 3/4 cups vegetable broth ( I used low sodium )

Instructions

5.Divide the mixture into desired portions and wrap tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
6.Steam the wrapped portions for 30-40 minutes until firm.
7.Allow to cool slightly before unwrapping and slicing as desired.
