12 large sea scallops
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions

1.Rinse and dry the mushrooms.(
2.Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and add mushrooms, cooking for 5 minutes.
3.Add 1 tablespoon of butter and a pinch of salt and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
4.Heat olive oil in another pan over medium-high heat. Add scallops and saute them for 2 minutes on each side, until golden.
5.Add the remaining butter to the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and keep stirring the butter until it turns a medium brown color.
6.Remove the pan from the heat and add the water, lemon juice, soy sauce, and curry powder while stirring vigorously.
7.Place the scallops on a bed of mushrooms and drizzle the butter sauce over them. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
