2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro , chopped
1 teaspoon chili , red , chopped
1 teaspoon brown sugar , soft

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together ginger, garlic, fish sauce, dry sherry, salt, pepper, and oil.
