2 small squid , chopped
2 small cucumbers ( peeled , seeded and chopped )
1 lb white fish fillet , firm
24 clams , well scrubbed
8 large shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
8 sea scallops
1/4 cup of fresh mint , chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
