Instructions

1.In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add flour, mustard, salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
2.Gradually pour in milk and stir continuously for 5 minutes until thickened.
3.Then, add grated parmesan cheese and minced shallot.
4.In another pan, heat butter, sherry wine, parsley, bay scallop, and shrimp over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked.
5.Preheat oven to 350°F.
6.In a baking dish, spread the cooked seafood and pour the prepared sauce.
7.Mix grated Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs and spread over the top.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese topping is golden brown.
