Ingredients

1 kg pork spareribs
1/2 cup chinese marinade ( bought from Chinese grocery store )
2 tablespoons Chinese fish sauce
4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 cup tinned crushed pineapple plus 1/2 cup of the syrup
3 tablespoons clear honey
These scrummy pork ribs are the perfect meal to share with family and friends. The juicy and tender meat, with a sweet and sticky glaze, will leave everyone smiling. Instructions

1.Cut the ribs into sections of two or three bones.
2.Place the ribs into a large bowl and add the Chinese marinade, Chinese fish sauce, dark soy sauce, tomato ketchup, crushed pineapple, and syrup. Mix well to ensure the ribs are fully coated in the marinade.
3.Cover the bowl with clingfilm and place in the fridge overnight to marinate.
4.Preheat the oven to 160C/140C fan/gas mark 3.
5.Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with foil and pour over the marinade.
6.Cover the tray with tin foil and bake for 2 hours.
7.After 2 hours, remove the tin foil and increase the oven temperature to 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6.
8.Drizzle honey over the ribs and bake for a further 20-30 minutes until the ribs are caramelised and sticky.
