5 cups cooked small pasta of your choice i.e . not spaghetti ( approx . ) or 5 cups noodles but penne , macaroni , etc . ( approx . )
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast ( optional )
salt and pepper , to taste
finely chopped coriander , to garnish

Instructions
