Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F
2.Sift flour and baking soda into a mixing bowl
3.Add eggs to the bowl and mix well

5.Add sugar, sultanas, currants, cold water, allspice, ginger, and cinnamon
6.Mix well and pour into a greased loaf tin
7.Bake for 1 1/2 hours
