1 tablespoon whiskey or 1 tablespoon drambuie
2 tablespoons cocoa powder , sifted

Instructions

1.Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
2.Once melted, add the whiskey/drambuie and stir until smooth.
3.Stir in the crushed shortbread until well combined.
4.Place the mixture in the fridge to firm up for 1 hour.
5.Roll the mixture into small balls and roll each ball in cocoa powder until coated.
6.Place back in fridge until ready to serve.
