1 package condensed mincemeat
2 cups prunes , pitted and chopped
1/2 cup butter , softened
1 cup black raisins
1 cup walnuts , chopped
1 cup brown sugar , packed
2 teaspoons salt
7 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and white sugar in warm water and let sit for 10 minutes.
2.Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, prune juice, condensed mincemeat, prunes, softened butter, black raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
3.Add 7 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4.Knead the dough on a lightly-floured surface for 5 minutes.
5.Grease a large bowl with 3 teaspoons of butter and place the dough in the bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and allow the dough to rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
6.Punch down the dough and shape it into 3 loaves. Place them into greased loaf pans.
7.Allow the bread to rise for another hour and then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
