Ingredients

300 g ripe camembert cheese
300 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 medium onion , finely minced
1 fat garlic clove , finely minced
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon paprika ( I have used smoked paprika at home with much success )
pepper , freshly ground
1 tablespoon chives , chopped

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add the ripe camembert cheese and Philadelphia cream cheese. Mix well until smooth.
2.Mix in the finely minced onion, garlic clove and dry white wine.
3.Add in the paprika, freshly ground pepper and chopped chives. Mix well.
4.Season with salt to taste and mix well again.
5.Transfer the cheese spread into a serving bowl and garnish with additional chives or paprika if desired.
6.Serve with bread, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
