Ingredients

8 large scallops
300 milliliter milk
2 salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 lb mixed mushrooms , sliced
4 tablespoons sweet white wine
1 lb fresh mashed potatoes

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the potato topping is golden brown.
