2 tablespoons fresh dill
1 garlic clove , minced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour , for rolling
1 1/2 cups bick 's sliced beets , rinsed and dried , cut into 1/4-inch piece
1 egg , beaten
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 cup goat cheese , softened

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F and roll out the pastry to 1/4 inch thickness.

6.Bake the savoury beef bites for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown and serve hot.
