12 ounces danish back bacon , trimmed and diced
4 ounces danish blue cheese , crumbled
1 onion , peeled and finely chopped
2 teaspoons oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon English mustard
1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sour cream
12 ounces premade puff pastry
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
black pepper
1 beaten egg , to glaze

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F / gas mark 6.
2.Cook the bacon in a frying pan for 10 minutes until crispy.
3.Add the chopped onion, oil, paprika, English mustard, Worcestershire sauce, the garlic salt, and black pepper to the pan.
4.Reduce heat, add the crumbled blue cheese and sour cream, and stir the mix well.
5.Cut the premade puff pastry into 12 rectangles.
6.Spoon the mixture into the center of each pastry rectangle.
7.Brush the beaten egg on the edges of the rectangles and then fold them in half.
8.Gently press the edges to seal.
9.Place the pastries on a baking tray.
10.Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
11.Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
