16 ounces puff pastry , defrosted ( I use Pepperidge Farm )
1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce ( I use Classico , or you can use homemade )
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese , such as Montrachet
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil , drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
kosher salt , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

5.Starting at one end, carefully roll the pastry tightly into a spiral log.
6.Cut the pastry log into 1/4-inch thick slices and place them cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
