1 large carrot
2 -3 leaves savoy cabbage
3 -4 green onions

1/4 cup water

Instructions

1.Wash the broccoli stems, carrot, and cabbage leaves and cut into thin julienne strips.
2.Cut green onions into 1-inch pieces.
3.Heat two teaspoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the green onions and sauté on high heat for a couple of minutes until they start to brown.
4.Add the broccoli stems, carrots, and cabbage leaves. Stir fry on high heat for a couple of minutes.
5.Add 1/4 cup of water and cover the pan. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
6.Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
7.Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are fully done.
