1/4 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs ( oregano , thyme , chives , and or or tarragon )
sea salt or kosher salt

Instructions

1.Lightly score an X on the base of each tomato using a knife.
2.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
