Ingredients

1 cucumber ( washed , but NOT peeled )
salt
50 g butter or 50 g margarine ( 2 oz )
2 shallots or 1 small onion , finely chopped
fresh rosemary or 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon sugar
fresh ground pepper
60 ml sour cream
fresh rosemary sprig ( to garnish )

Instructions
