2/3 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Season cod fillets with salt, black pepper and mustard seeds.

3.Melt butter in the same skillet that you cooked the fish in.
4.Sauté shallots until tender and fragrant, add in peas and 1 cup of water, then keep stirring over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until peas are softened.
5.Transfer the pea mixture to a blender and blend until the mix is smooth.
6.Add in half-and-half and continue to blend until the cream is smooth.
7.Divide the pea cream into serving plates and top with sautéed cod. Lastly, garnish the dish with fresh dill.
