Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts
3 Italian sausages ( or any other sausage that you have on hand or like )
1 lb linguine
1/2 small onion , chopped
3 garlic cloves , minced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup grated munchee cheese ( optional )
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2.Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally but don't cut all the way through, open each chicken breast to have a pocket.
3.Bake the linguine until cooked according to the package instructions.
4.Meanwhile, cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it down into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
5.Add onions and garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6.Stuff the sausage mixture into the chicken breast and close with toothpicks. Season with salt and pepper.
7.Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, sear the stuffed chicken breast until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
8.Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the canned tomatoes on top.
9.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
10.Once done, remove the toothpicks and serve the chicken on top of the linguine. Add grated munchee cheese on top if desired.
