1 package frozen chopped spinach , thawed and drained
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 container ricotta cheese

1 egg , lightly beaten
3/4 package no-boil lasagna noodles
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large skillet cook sausage over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain fat.
3.Stir in spinach, Alfredo sauce, and pepper, until well combined.
4.In another bowl, mix together Cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg.
5.In a 13x9 inch (33x23 cm) baking dish spread 1/2 cup of the sausage mixture over the bottom. Cover with noodles. Spread 1/2 the cheese mixture over the noodles, then 1/3 the sausage mixture. Continue to layer until ingredients are used up, ending with the sausage mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese.
6.Cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
