Ingredients

8 sausages
1 yellow pepper , deseeded and chopped
4 red onions , peeled and cut into wedges
14 ounces chopped tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon sugar
basil , to garnish

Instructions

8.Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
