1 green bell pepper , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 tablespoon butter
8 large eggs
1/4 cup milk

Instructions

4.Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over top of the eggs and place the skillet in the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 6-8 minutes.
5.Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
