Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage , rubbed ( optional )
vegetable oil cooking spray
4 slices aged cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns , toasted and librally spread with mustard ( optional )

Instructions
