2/3 cup sugar

2 eggs , well beaten
2/3 cup cooking oil
7 cups flour
2 lbs ground beef
1 can sauerkraut , rinsed with cold water and drained
1 package Lipton onion mushroom dry soup mix
cayenne pepper

Instructions

1.Combine yeast, sugar, salt, and potatoes in a bowl.

7.Divide the dough into 16 parts and roll each out into a bun.
8.Place the beef mixture on half of the buns and cover with the remaining buns.
9.Let rise for 30 more minutes.
