Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 -3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon red chile
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice ( can take from the 1/4 cup above )
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 dash of black and white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ( depending on individual taste )
1/4 cup cilantro leaf , chopped

Instructions

1.Combine the lemon juice, whole coriander seed, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and fine red chile in a mixing bowl, then set it aside.
2.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter, then stir in the mayonnaise, red chile, sugar, lemon juice, tomato puree, black and white pepper, salt, and crushed garlic.
3.Mix the prawns with the spice blend, stirring them until they are coated with it.
4.Add the prawns to the skillet with the spiced butter, and cook for 4-6 minutes until the prawns are pink and cooked through, carefully stirring them around as they cook.
5.Once cooked, serve the prawns, while still hot, garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
