4 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs , beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms , sliced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup sour cream
2 sprigs fresh parsley , for garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Layer each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese, and roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
3.In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, black pepper and paprika. In another shallow dish, beat together eggs and milk. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, then dip in egg mixture and coat in bread crumbs.
4.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken in hot oil on all sides.
5.Transfer chicken to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6.In the same skillet, saute mushrooms until tender. Add soup, garlic powder, curry powder and white wine. Stir until heated through.
7.Pour sauce over chicken. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
8.Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove toothpicks.
9.Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
