1/2 cup sherry wine
4 garlic cloves , minced
1 medium onion , chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed dried thyme
Saucy Beef Cubes is a classic and hearty stew. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the onion soup, tomato sauce, and Golden Mushroom soup.
3.Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme to the tomato sauce mixture.
4.Add the stew beef cubes and sherry wine to the mixing bowl and stir until the beef cubes are evenly coated with the tomato sauce mixture.
5.Transfer the beef mixture to a large baking dish.
6.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 and a half hours, or until the beef is tender and the sauce is thick and bubbly.
