Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse the cilantro until finely chopped.

4.Add the jalapeno chiles and pulse a few times until they are finely chopped.
5.Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
6.Transfer the salsa to a bowl, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
7.Serve chilled with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican food.
