Ingredients

2 bunches fresh spinach
1 bunch mustard greens
1/4 cup chopped small onion
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoons garlic paste
1/2 chopped tomato
2 large dry roasted red chilies ( option if you do not want it hot ! )
2 tablespoons fulls ghee ( Indian butter made from cow 's milk .This is important since Ghee gives that special taste to the Saa ) or 2 tablespoons butter ( for frying , Indian butter made from cow 's milk .This is important since Ghee gives that special tast )

1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1.Rinse both the spinach and mustard greens in cold water and chop them finely.

3.Add onions and fry until golden brown.
4.Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute.
5.Add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft.
6.Add roasted red chilies and fry for another minute.
7.Add chopped spinach and mustard greens and fry for 2-3 minutes.
8.Add salt, sugar, and 1/4 cup of water.
9.Cook until the greens are soft and well combined with the spices.
