Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs medium potatoes
3 tablespoons goose fat
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cepe mushrooms
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch fresh parsley

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/4 inch rounds.
3.Heat goose fat in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potato rounds, salt, and pepper.
4.Cook the potatoes until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and place in an ovenproof dish.
5.Slice the mushrooms and add them to the skillet over medium heat, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
6.Spread the mushrooms over the top of the potatoes.
7.Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
