10 dashes hot red pepper sauce ( Tapatio )
1 -2 cup tomato sauce ( if needed )

Instructions

1.Thoroughly wash and dry all vegetables.
2.Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stem, then set them aside.
3.Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
4.Roughly chop the cilantro and green onions.
5.In a large blender, combine the tomatoes, garlic cloves, cilantro, green onions, salt, and pepper, blending until you get the preferred texture.
6.Add hot red pepper sauce and tomato sauce if needed, then blend again.
7.Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
