1 container ricotta cheese
1 3/4 cups freshly shredded parmesan cheese
3 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 lasagna noodles , cooked

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

11.Cover with another layer of noodles, ricotta, and vegetables sauce; repeat until all ingredients are used.
12.Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
13.Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
