vegetable oil cooking spray , for pan if wanted ( doesn� t stick too bad without )
1/4 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter , softened
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 pinches salt
1 cup chopped toasted unsalted pecans ( can substitute for almonds or walnuts or no nuts if not a nut fan )
3 bananas , sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
