8 ounces shrimp , peeled and deveined
8 ounces orange roughy fillets
1 tomato , seeded and chopped
1 small onion , quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 slice white bread
4 slices lemon , for garnish

Instructions

1.Rinse the squid and remove the heads and tentacles.

5.Add the chopped seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.

7.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
8.In a blender or food processor, combine the bread, remaining olive oil, salt, paprika, and wine.
9.Blend until it forms a thick paste.
10.Stuff the squid with the seafood mixture and seal the opening with toothpicks.
11.Place the squid in a baking dish.
12.Add the tomato to the blender and puree until smooth.
13.Pour the tomato sauce over the squid and top with lemon slices.
14.Bake for 25 minutes or until squid is tender and sauce is bubbly.
