Ingredients

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
3/4 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning or 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 cup taco bell thick & chunky salsa ( I used mild )
1 can campbell 's Fiesta nacho cheese soup , undiluted
1 can whole kernel corn , well drained
1 can black beans , well rinsed and drained
1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese , cubed
Santa Fe Chicken Nachos are a classic Tex-Mex dish that is loved by many. This dish takes the traditional nachos to a whole new level with the addition of spicy chicken and creamy cheese sauce. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven at 350°F.
2.Cook chicken breasts in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
3.Shred the cooked chicken into small pieces and mix in taco seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning (or garlic powder), chili powder, and cumin.
4.Heat up taco bell thick & chunky salsa, Campbell's Fiesta nacho cheese soup, whole kernel corn, black beans, and cubed Philadelphia Cream Cheese in a large pot on medium heat until fully heated.
5.On a large baking sheet, spread out tortilla chips, then spoon the hot cheesy chicken mixture on top. Add another layer of tortilla chips and repeat until all of the chicken mixture has been used up.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and nachos are fully heated.
7.Serve hot with your favorite garnishes such as diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, and sour cream.
