1 small pumpkin , kabocha , acorn , butternut
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup palm sugar
1 pinch salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.Cut pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and discard.

5.Add coconut milk, palm sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
6.Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a baking dish.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until set.
8.Chill the custard in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
9.Serve chilled with fresh fruits or chopped nuts if desired.
