12 prepared tart shells
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork and then mix in the corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
3.Once the mixture is smooth, stir in the raisins.
4.Next, divide the mixture among the 12 prepared tart shells.
5.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
